Gold in colour, very aromatic; lemon, apricot, peach, pineapple, orange, baked pear, sea spray, chalky minerality, citrus blossom and roasted pistachio. Saline minerality glosses pineapple, apricot, nectarine, lemon, blood orange, white flowers and candied ginger. Fresh acidity and light, green tea tannins compliment orange zest, pink grapefruit, honey, a trace of clove and roasted nuts on the finish. Creamy and bright.
