On the eye: Delicate, limpid ruby.
On the nose: Elegant red fruits and pepper, with a complex, spicy finish.
On the palate: Firm, fresh acidity, gentle tannins and complex red-fruit and pepper flavours.
Food pairing: Antipasti and fish as well richer pasta and risotto dishes. Fresh, younger cheeses.
