Do you remember Montalbano, the Sicilian TV and novel detective who loved his food? Arancini were his favourite dish. Have you ever tried one? Fresh from the fryer they are unforgettable.

So join Marco at Cuculo for the first of his Saturday night late openings. No need to book : you can just turn up. We’ll close at 22:00.

Arancini are a hand-made risotto ball, lightly breaded and lightly fried. The filling is traditionally meat ragù and melty mozzarella cheese, but all sorts of versions are available, including plenty for vegetarians.

Anyway, you are invited to Cuculo THIS SATURDAY EVENING for Marco’s Sicilian night. He’ll be serving hand-made arancini fresh from his kitchen, which you can enjoy with a glass of wonderful Sicilian red or white wine.
