Founded in 1971 by Walter Delibori and Giorgio Cristoforetti, the company remains family-owned and is still managed directly by the founding families.

It owns approximately 230 hectares of vineyards and collaborates with long-standing and trusted grape suppliers.

The company operates as an integrated system that begins with vineyard care, continues through the winemaking process, and culminates in bottling.

  • Tasting notes

    The winemaker says:

Vineyards are in the Bardolino Classico area, in the villages of Bardolino, Cavaion, Lazise, and Garda, a historic and splendid landscape along the south-eastern shores of Lake Garda.

Traditionally, Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night. Today, a part of the must undergoes just a few hours of maceration, to obtain a very light colour. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of between 16° and 18°C in order to enhance the expression of the wine’s fruity and floral aromas.

It has a light colour with shades of lychee and peach. Citrus and floral notes at the nose, accompanied by herbal hints reminiscent of sage. It has good acidity and sapidity. Long acidity and aromas of citrus fruits.
