Goodweald Smoked

A hard farmhouse cheese which has been naturally smoked over oak chippings by the award-winning Weald smokery.  Goodweald Smoked shows a rich, full bodied and pleasant toasted aroma, backed with the fine citrus notes of Olde Sussex (its pre-smoked self).
