    Tasting notes

    On the eye: Lively yellow/green coloration.
    On the nose: Wildflowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris.
    On the palate: Mineral on the palate with a finish of almond, typical of Garganega.
    Food pairing: Risotto, white fish, sushi, salads; in the local tradition: cuttlefish, fresh ricotta; seasonal vegetables: broccoli, white and green asparagus, peas.
