In a unique landscape, kissed by the sun and caressed by the winds of the Adriatic Sea, our native grape varieties draw strength and character from a rich and generous land. Our estate sits on Coppadoro, a hill in the Alto Tavoliere, overlooking the Gargano promontory, the Daunia Sub-Apennines, and the vast Tavoliere delle Puglie plain.
Proud to combine local winemaking tradition with innovative methods, we produce wines that express the true spirit of our land. A promise we uphold with every harvest.
This wine is produced from Aglianico grapes, a vine which is well known in the South of Italy.
However, in the Tavoliere delle Puglie, Aglianico does not have a very old tradition, but we wanted to focus closely on it, thanks to modern technologies and to the passion of our specialized team.
Pair with first courses in white sauce, medium textured meats and semi-mature cheeses. Also, high quality sausages and cooked salame.
