Tasting notes

On the eye: Deep straw yellow.
On the nose: Develops red apple, apricot and tangerine.
On the palate: Extended lees contact gives a creamy mouthfeel often mistaken for oak (there is none); the acidity will keep it developing in the bottle for ages.
Food pairing: River fish; vegetable minestrone; soft cheeses.
