On the eye: Medium ruby.
On the nose: Red & black cherry and the distinctive note of Sardinian maquis. Underneath there’s some Rhone-like black pepper,
On the palate: High acidity on the palate, more brambles, and cedar from the barrel. Slight caramel note in the aftertaste.
Food pairing: Pairs throughout the meal – exceptional with rice and pasta dishes, soups and antipasti.
