Valle de Colchagua DO Reserva 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon by Terra Pura

A well-rounded delivery of juicy red fruit with blueberry and a hint of mint. Having been matured for six months in a mixture of French and American oak, soft but substantial tannins help to highlight the sweet spice and vanilla of the barrels, allowing it to stand up to red meats and mature cheeses.

A fine testament to Chilean winemaking, and a truly agreeable Cabernet.
